Imperial Brand’s hiring process can take up to 4 months to complete (especially for graduate roles) and involves the following four phases:

Online Application

Imperial Brands advertises its job openings on its careers site. You can click through to submit your application when you find the job you wish to apply for. This straightforward process involves you inputting your details into an application form and submitting your CV. It should take you at most 10 minutes to complete.

 

Imperial Brands’ Assessment

If you made it through the pre-employment screener, the next stage in the recruitment process is the online aptitude tests. The online assessment is composed of 2 aptitude tests. These psychometric tests allow Imperial Brands to test job seekers on their ability and intelligence instead of their background or prior experience.

  • Numerical Reasoning Test This test tests your ability to draw conclusions from a set of numerical data such as graphs and charts. It has a multiple-choice format, and you will have 20-25 minutes to complete it.
  • Logical Reasoning TestThis test has been designed to measure a candidate’s ability to use critical thinking to solve a problem. It requires applicants to look at a series of shapes or patterns and then forecast what comes next. Analytical skills are incredibly important for Imperial Brands, so the logical reasoning test helps them to understand who fits best with their core values.

 

Game Based Assessment

Imperial Brands likes to add something different to its interview process with an online game-based assessment. Candidates are required to take this arcade-style game on a smartphone or tablet. Video Interview

Interview
