  • Verbal Reasoning TestSince Fortum is an international company, some positions require proficiency in multiple languages. If the language used by the majority of your team is English, you will need to prove that you have a firm grasp of the language both spoken and written.
  • Cognitive Ability Aptitude Test This psychometric test measures cognitive abilities such as verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning. If you have ever taken an IQ test, a cognitive aptitude test is formatted in a similar way. The questions are multiple-choice, and there will be a time limit.
