What Is Direct Line Group’s Hiring Process?

Online Application

Once you find a role you want to apply for, you will need to submit an online application. You will need to upload your CV and a cover letter during this process. Game-Based Assessment

  • In-Tray Exercise: The in-tray exercise will assess your ability to prioritize tasks and see how well you make decisions under pressure.
  • Case Study: During the case study, you will receive written information and need to analyze the situation and present your findings in a short-written report or presentation.
  • Written Exercise: You will write a report based on the information given during the written exercise.
  • Psychometric Assessment: They may also ask you to take additional psychometric assessments onsite.

The hiring team will be assessing your behaviour throughout the day, so be sure to be professional and courteous to everyone you interact with. It is also a good idea to come as prepared as possible.
