Amazon Warehouse and Fulfilment Assessment Online Preparation – 2024
Amazon Warehouse and fulfilment employees are responsible for receiving and stocking inventory, preparing customer orders, and may even need to operate heavy machinery like forklifts and pallet drivers. This is an extremely physically demanding position, and there are lifting requirements you will be expected to meet. Amazon will provide you with training on any heavy equipment you will be required to operate.
Like most Amazon jobs, you will be sent a computerized test after you have submitted your application. This assessment will evaluate different factors that Amazon finds important in their Warehouse employees. You will have 5 days after you are sent the link to complete the exams.
Amazon Warehouse and Fulfilment Assessment
Amazon Warehouse and fulfilment applicants will be asked to take a two-part assessment. One section will be related to job performance and behaviour, and the other will focus on personality. Both sections of the test are multiple-choice.
The Work Style Assessment
The Amazon Work Style Assessment is a personality test. It is short, taking around 10 minutes to finish. The test is designed to compare your personality to the Amazon Leadership Principles. The questions all relate to your behaviour on the job. Each question is structured so you will compare traits and select the one that best describes you. Your answers will be compared to the Leadership Principles to see how well you exemplify them.

Positional responsibilities
The questions on the Work Sample Simulation are all related directly to the position you have applied for. Situational questions will relate to scenarios you may encounter while working in the warehouse, so don’t worry about having to answer questions unrelated to the job you will be performing.
How to Prepare for the Warehouse and Fulfilment Assessment?
Since the assessments you will be asked to take are largely based on personality, and situational judgment, you need to focus on learning about the responsibilities of your desired position. Carefully read the job description so you know in detail the duties you will be expected to perform. You may want to search online for the position as well.
Be sure to study the Amazon Leadership Principles. Most of the questions on the assessment will relate to these principles. Amazon looks for the leadership potential in all its employees, so even if you have not applied for a leadership position Amazon wants employees to represent these standards. Being familiar with these principles will help you select the best answers if you are wavering between two answers on the test. The Amazon careers website goes into detail about each of the principles and what they mean.
You will be able to take this test from your home computer. Set up your workspace so you can take your assessments free of distractions. This test is not timed, so there is no need to feel rushed. Give yourself a large block of time so you can go at your own pace, and give all your attention to the exams.
